I work with adults, teens, couples, parents, and creatives who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
Clients often come to therapy for support with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, guilt and shame, loneliness, creative blocks, parenting and family dynamics, and questions of identity or self-worth.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I welcome clients of all races, sexual orientations, genders, gender identities, religious affiliations, ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses.
