My Approach

My style is warm and direct.

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work will be shaped by your unique needs and experiences.

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and attachment-based. I am interested in guiding clients through deep inquiry that gets at the root of what’s going on, rather than simply reaching for a quick fix.

My Background

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 25 years in the creative arts—a path that continues to shape my work with curiosity, creativity, and deep respect for individual expression.

I have a long-standing interest in dreams and the unconscious, and I bring creative dreamwork into therapy when it feels meaningful.

I’m also a mom to three teenage sons, so I understand firsthand the complexities, challenges, and rewards of parenting and family life.
